Electrolysis Hair Removal
Permanent is possible.
Electrolysis is the only medically proven and FDA approved method for permanent hair removal.
It starts with choosing the right electrologist.
Privacy
Excess hair is a very private matter and a lot of women do not talk about it or share this information with anybody. We treat every consultation and appointment with privacy and confidentiality.
Professional
Florida is one of the states that requires that electrologists be licensed in order to practice electrolysis. Our office is located in a professional medical center.
Integrity
It’s important to ask the right questions when choosing the right electrologist. The wrong decision can mean extra sessions, extra cost and unnecessary discomfort.
Frequently Asked Questions.
We want to point out the benefits of electrolysis for the entire world to hear and dispel the many myths that surround electrolysis, so visit our extended FAQs page to learn more.
Why electrolysis over other types of hair removal?
All other temporary methods such as tweezing, shaving or waxing, require frequent time-consuming maintenance. Skin irritations, ingrown hairs, discoloration and scarring may result. These methods may contribute to an increase in hair growth activity. There is one reason why electrolysis stands above all the others: PERMANENCE!
Electrolysis vs Laser Hair Removal
There’s a difference between permanent removal and permanent reduction. We do a lot of laser hair removal cleanup to finish the job after clients do laser. Also, laser hair removal is also not an option for some people who have certain skin or hair types, but electrolysis works on any hair type or skin type.

“I’ve been struggling with unwanted hair for years, and I thought I would be stuck with this problem forever as no hair removal methods had helped. Then my friend recommended this place. I’m so happy that I tried electrolysis, because finally I have clean skin and I don’t have to hide my face. ”

I have been going here for the past couple years for electrolysis and if I could give it 100 stars I would! All of the unwanted hair I had and struggled with for years is gone. Going from having to shave, tweeze, or wax every other day to never having to do anything again is worth every penny. Oksana and her staff are extremely professional and make you feel really comfortable- I would highly recommend this facility and I would be happy to be a contact point if you would like a reference. Thanks Oksana!

“If you’re shopping around for an Electrologist or trying to decide between Laser "reduction" and Electrolysis hair REMOVAL, please look no further. I came across Oksana a little over 1 year ago, and believe me when I say, you will be hard pressed to find a more honest, competent, professional and friendly Electrologist. I do my research when I choose a professional’s help in any aspect of my life, and after your initial consultation with Oksana you too will be convinced. Her expertise and extensive knowledge of hair growth is truly "elite", and her welcoming persona makes you feel very comfortable, with such a highly sensitive issue such as hair removal. (Even your most embarrassing areas can be treated with Electrolysis don’t be afraid to ask ) I was waxing my face about 2 times a week and constantly plucking in between waxes. I finally decided to invest in Electrolysis, after years of embarrassing facial and body hair. I haven’t touched tweezers or wax since I started coming to her, and I can honestly say that it is THE best money I have ever spent in my life. She is worth every penny! Oksana, please feel free to have any potential clients contact me for a referral, I would be happy to speak with them. Take care,”

Beware the magnifying mirror.
We frequently get asked about the peach fuzz or baby hairs you see in the mirror.
Most electrologists and estheticians use 3-5X magnification in a professional setting, but most at-home magnifying mirrors are 10-20x magnification!
Hear from a longtime electrologist about why you should do yourself a favor, and throw that magnifying mirror away!
How Does Electrolysis Work?
Electrolysis was invented in 1875…and history was made!
How It Works
A very fine flexible sterile probe or needle is inserted into the hair follicle and a burst of specifically timed and measured current is discharged to destroy hair cells. The probe is then withdrawn and the hair is lifted out of the follicle with a tweezer.
Our Technology
We use Apilus which is an advanced electrolysis equipment that makes hair removal treatments more efficient, more comfortable and more rapid than any other epilation technology. Thanks to its powerful, computer-controlled system, Apilus gives the highest degree of precision and control. Apilus is also equipped with a unique "tolerance test", which allows the unit to be adjusted and adopted to your level of sensitivity to the current.
Safety and Sterilization
We only use sterile disposable probes and tweezers for your protection. Depending on the size of the hair, different probe sizes are used. We also use Autoclave sterilizer which provides the highest level of medical sterilization. We adhere to the recommended national standards for sterilization procedures established by American Electrology Association in conjunction with the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
With over a century of well proven safety and effectiveness, electrolysis is still the only permanent hair removal procedure that is recognized by the FDA (Food and Drug Administration) and AMA (American Medical Association).
